THE EXPERIENCE

Where Will You Go?

Pre-work

The course starts with responding to thoughtful Pre-Work questions, followed by a conversation to sharpen your personal/professional development objectives and ‘get ready’ for the experience.

Day 1

Starts with an introduction followed by the first two of the five questions: What CONFRONTS me? and What am I BRINGING?

Day 2

Focuses on Question Three: What RUNS me? This reveals your automatic or default ‘operating system’, often an eye-opener as you come to understand why you do things the way you do. The learning process expands your leadership repertoire by converting aspects of your ‘shadow’ into useful, and even essential ‘stretches’.

Day 3

Takes on Question Four: What CALLS me? guiding you in developing a personal ‘Greater Purpose Statement’ (GPS) which encapsulates your unique gifts, leadership ‘stretches’ and life purpose. You begin to see clearly what ‘calls’ you from within, and the difference you are here to make in the world. We also explore Question Five: What will UNLEASH me?, identifying and practicing specific ways to apply your most important learnings back.

Post-work

After the residential experience, there are two facilitated conversations to ensure integration and application.

Lynnea Brinkerhoff, an organizational change trailblazer, pioneered cutting-edge OD principles as a consultant to Fortune 100’s. She brings over 28 years of applied behavioral science expertise to her clients around the globe.
Lynnea’s focus is on mediating destructive conflict and creating healthy workplace cultures by simplifying management protocols and growing strong leaders. Her ‘sweet spot’ is C-Suite level ‘Intra-preneurs’ who want to carve outtheir legacy while building a purpose-driven organization. Executives of all walks glean how to show up as their authentic self, leading from their values, fully present to staff, stakeholders and customers, with record-breaking results.
She holds a BA in International Business & French from Simmons University, Boston, MA; MSOD in Organization
Development from Pepperdine University Malibu, CA; and is an Ordained Interfaith Minister in world wisdom traditions. She is certified as an International Coach Federation Professional (ICF, PCC) and Board Certified Executive and Wellness Coach with over 8,000 logged C-Suite level hours. She was nominated as Executive Coach of the Year, 2018 and was honorably selected as a member of NYC’s Sustainable Entrepreneur program. She is a volunteer for Women Who Lead, supporting international female-owned business start-ups.
Lynnea has served in operational and strategic roles for industries including finance, healthcare, consumer goods,
professional services, digital technologies.
She has authored several seminal Organization Development texts and journal articles in areas ranging from The Five
Questions™; neuroscience of leadership, conversational intelligence (C-IQ), Navigating Dilemmas to Whole System
Transformation (WST). As a Professor of Organizational Change & Development in the US, Eastern Europe, New Zealand and Asia, she has published over 20 educational texts and journals, and designed and implemented numerous leadership development programs worldwide.

Lynnea has a unique ability to put people at ease, as well as sense their unspoken aspirations and fears. Drawing upon a broad array of tools and classical wisdom colored with a playful spirit, Lynnea helps her clients distinguish repeating patterns that no longer serve them.
