Accelerator Portal

Welcome to The Accelerator Studio

👉 Your 6-Month Journey to Deep Clarity, Greater Purpose, and Upgraded Leadership.

Welcome Video

Welcome. By stepping into this space, you have made a profound commitment to yourself, your leadership, and your life’s work.

Over the next six months, we will work closely together to uncover the operating systems that run you, and help you face your tigers so you can step into your most powerful, authentic self.

This portal will serve as your private sanctuary and resource hub throughout our time together. Everything you need for our journey—from pre-work reflections to post-intensive somatic practices—will be housed right here.

How This Portal Works (The Paced Journey)

Because this work is deep and transformative, it is designed to be absorbed in stages. You will notice that not all modules are visible or unlocked to you right now. This is intentional.

To prevent overwhelm and ensure you are entirely focused on the present moment, new materials, worksheets, and resources will automatically “unlock” (drip) as you progress through the program:

• Unlocked Now: Your Pre-Work, Integral Assessment, and scheduling links.
• Unlocks at Your Intensive: The Core 3-Day Intensive materials and ecosystem maps.
• Unlocks Post-Intensive: Bi-weekly integration exercises, somatic intelligence practices, and life-application tools to carry your new insights into the boardroom and your daily life.

The Roadmap Ahead

Here is a high-level view of where we are going:

Phase 1: Pre-Work & Discovery (Weeks 1-4)
We lay the groundwork. You will complete your assessments and we will have two deep-dive coaching conversations to sharpen our focus before the intensive.

Phase 2: The Core Intensive (The 3-Day Deep Dive)
Our transformative three days together. We will explore what confronts you, what runs you, and ultimately, what calls you—resulting in your Greater Purpose Statement (GPS).

Phase 3: Integration & Mastery (Months 2-6)
The work doesn’t end after the intensive; it begins. Through 1:1 integration coaching and bi-weekly materials dripped into this portal, we will ensure your new insights are permanently applied to your work, life, and leadership.
