Lynnea holds a BA in International Business & French from Simmons University, Boston, MA; MSOD in Organization Development from Pepperdine University Malibu, CA; and is an Ordained Interfaith Minister in world wisdom traditions. She is certified as an International Coach Federation Professional (ICF, PCC) and Board Certified Executive and Wellness Coach with over 8,000 logged C-Suite level hours.

She was nominated as Executive Coach of the Year, 2018 and was honourably selected as a member of NYC’s Sustainable Entrepreneur program. She is a volunteer for Women Who Lead, supporting international female-owned business start-ups.

Lynnea has served in operational and strategic roles for industries including finance, healthcare, consumer goods, professional services, digital technologies.

Drawing upon a broad array of tools and classical wisdom coloured with a playful spirit, Lynnea helps her clients distinguish repeating patterns that no longer serve.

Lynnea served as a Professor of Organizational Change & Development in the US, Eastern Europe, New Zealand and Asia, been published in over 20 educational texts and journals, and designed and implemented numerous leadership development programs worldwide.
